Copyright in the Classroom: How the Library Can Support You

January 25, 2022 @ 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Whether you are teaching in-person or online, there are many ways the library can help you make the teaching materials you need accessible to your students. In this session, we want to empower you to know what you can do in the classroom (including the virtual classroom), protecting your own copyright, and how we can assist with purchasing, digitization, and copyright clearance. Also learn about copyright-free resources you can use. Librarian Crystal Rose has a Certificate in Canadian Copyright Law, and will be happy to answer your questions about copyright issues around teaching.

This session will be hosted in Webex. Registration is required for this event – please follow the link below to register.
