Using Video & Audio Evaluation in Your Course
June 23, 2020 @ 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Using video and audio submissions to evaluate student learning, allows students the option to demonstrate their creativity and understanding in a way that better suits their learning style. While learning online or remote, students may experience challenges with internet connectivity preventing them from fully engaging in a synchronous way. The opportunity to record audio or video submissions provides equal opportunity for student participation, regardless of technology limitations. This session will provide an overview of an evaluation matrix that could be used to assist with assessing submissions, as well as information that an instructor can use to help guide students in the creation of media submissions.
This session will be hosted in Webex: https://mun.webex.com/mun/j.php?MTID=m0ebdc29bed544199c9b174f783f36f7d
