Memorial University has 100 years of sector-leading experience in evolving and adapting our teaching methods, strategies and tools to serve our students’ needs and enhance their learning experiences. Over the next century, we will need to apply our history of innovation in teaching and learning to new challenges and opportunities.

Today, Memorial’s instructors manage the diverse and changing needs of their learners, maneuver a dynamic educational landscape, combat digital distractions and thoughtfully consider new technologies. They adopt inclusive content, develop effective assessment methods and strike a balance between content delivery and student engagement. This is not just teaching—this is navigating the everyday while charting a course towards Inspiring Learning, Innovating Teaching.

This year’s conference will be held in person at Memorial’s St. John’s campus. Our keynotes and some conference sessions will be available online for remote participants who are unable to attend in person.
