Multimedia Classroom
Multimedia classrooms accommodate a variety of technological needs to enhance teaching. Equipment in a multimedia classroom includes a projection and audio system, a computer, and connections to support the use of portable devices.
The following video provides an overview of how to use instructional technologies in Memorial’s standard multimedia classroom.
Computer Access
You must use your MUN login username and password to access classroom computers. This is the username and password combination used for MUN services such as my.mun.ca, Brightspace or @mun.ca email.
If you need to reset your login information, please visit: https://login.mun.ca.
If you have MUN Login account issues, please contact the IT Service Desk for resolution.
Computers and Software
Multimedia classrooms have dedicated Windows-based computers with the following software:
- Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
- Mozilla Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Adobe Reader
- VLC
Instructors can request the installation of additional, properly licensed software on classroom computers.
