These sessions will provide opportunities to learn about teaching dossiers through short presentations; samples from the dossiers of award-winning teachers; writing exercises; discussion; and feedback. Whether you have a complete draft of your teaching dossier, or if you are wondering how to get started, this series is for you. Bring your own device!<\/p>\n<p>Through participating in the Documenting Teaching for Promotion &amp; Tenure Series, faculty will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn about the common components and organizational framework of effective teaching dossiers.<\/li>\n<li>Be introduced to the expectations and guidelines outlined in the Collective Agreement on demonstrating teaching effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Have opportunities to prepare, revise, and receive feedback on their teaching dossiers and teaching philosophies.<\/li>\n<li>Reflect on their teaching practices and consider methods for future reflections, evidence gathering, and teaching development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: \u00a0\u00a0This workshop consists of\u00a0<strong><u>three<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong>sessions: July 22, July 23, and July 24 (10:00am \u2013 12:30pm)<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Registration is limited<\/u><\/strong>.
