Include in your request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the <strong>room you will be recording in <\/strong>(the room must be equipped with <em>Lecture Capture<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>date, start time, and end time of your recording<\/strong>, and <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>event name<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be asked to accept the recording agreement displayed below. If you have any questions, please reach out to the <a href=\"https:\/\/citl.mun.ca\/support\">CITL Support Centre<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lecture Capture Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to use CITL&#8217;s <em>Lecture Capture<\/em> hardware, all users must agree to the following agreement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I agree to have the session indicated above recorded by the CITL <em>Lecture Capture<\/em> technology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I agree to notify the participants in the session that the session is being recorded (see <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.citl.mun.ca\/technologyresources\/files\/2018\/11\/LectureCaptureNotice_2018.pptx\">sample PowerPoint slide<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I agree to let participants know the purpose of the recording and how it will be used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is my responsibility to get permission to record all individuals who can be identified in the recording and I agree to do so.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I understand that I have ownership of the content in the captured recording except for content already under copyright restrictions or owned by other presenters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I understand that the recording provided to me after the event is complete and it is my responsibility to properly protect the recording.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Setup Time:<\/strong> CITL will require 3 business days&#8217; notice to set up the <em>Lecture Capture<\/em> system to record your session.
