last_column'><h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organize Your Resources<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organizing Resources in the H5P Resources Environment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizing the resources that you have in the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/windmere.citl.mun.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">H5P Resources Environment<\/a>&nbsp;will make them easier to use and manage. You can organize by course, subject area, user (if multiple users have access), etc. An effective way to do this is by using&nbsp;<strong>Topics<\/strong>. You can create a topic in one of your resource areas and add H5P resources to that topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create a Topic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating topics within your resource area is optional but organizing into groups will be helpful if you have a large number of interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ensure that editing is on \u2014 click the cog icon <i style=\"font-size:24px\" class=\"fa\">\uf013<\/i> in the top right corner and click \u201cTurn Editing on\u201d<\/li><li>Click \u201cAdd topics\u201d at the bottom of the page<\/li><li>Choose number of sections\/topics you want to add and click \u201cAdd topics\u201d <\/li><li>To change the name of the topic, click the pencil icon next to the title, type the new name in its place, and press the \u201cEnter\u201d key.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.citl.mun.ca\/technologyresources\/files\/2019\/11\/h5p_topic_name.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7597\" width=\"160\" height=\"69\"\/><figcaption>Selecting the pencil icon will enable you to rename the Topic.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\"><b>Best Practice:<\/b> Create an topic called \u201cIn Progress\u201d to indicate to you and others that the resources within are incomplete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Naming Conventions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Good naming conventions will also help with organization. Below we use the convention of module, activity name and activity type. Consider closely what naming convention you will use for your objects. As the number of objects grow, this convention will help you stay organized and be able to reference your objects quickly for changes and updates.
