DESCRIPTION:This workshop is designed for administrative staff who support the Promotion and Tenure process within an academic unit. Brightspace has a feature that allows you to copy a complete course (less student data\, of course) or just the components you want to reuse. DESCRIPTION:Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning offers a variety of services to support instructors and educators in the use and research of educational technologies. One of such services is the Learning Technology Coach (LTC) program. Coaches are available to support instructors in their consideration and use of various learning technologies\, including Brightspace\, Webex and digital content creation tools.  During the coffee break\, you will have an opportunity to meet the 2022-23 team of Learning Technology Coaches and learn more about how they can help you. \nThe Coffee Break will be hosted in the Teaching and Learning Exchange TLX (ED 1001); light refreshments will be served. DESCRIPTION:Online Rooms is a “web-conferencing” application accessible within each Brightspace course site. This tool allows instructors to schedule and host synchronous sessions with students\, and the sessions can be recorded for review. Some ways to use this tool include hosting online office hours\, review sessions prior to an exam\, and guest speaker or student presentations. The online rooms can also be used to record lectures\, which can then be shared with students through the Brightspace course site.
