The Course Design Institute (CDI) is a 4-week program  designed for faculty and instructors who are assigned to teach a course in the coming academic year. The institute comprises 4 modules, 1 each week, wherein participants are introduced to and have the opportunity to apply the principles of course design to their own course. The CDI will be facilitated in a blended format consisting of synchronous sessions (no more than 2 per week), complemented by online materials and activities. Participants can expect to spend 6-8 hours per week engaged in reading, reflection, peer collaboration and discussion. A detailed schedule will be provided prior to the start of the institute.

The Course Design Institute will run from June 14 to July 9.

Registration is required for this event. Registration is limited to 16 people so that individualized feedback can be offered on the design work completed during the institute.
