Presenting: Copyright and Fair Dealing

The fair dealing provision in the Copyright Act permits use of a copyright-protected work without permission from the copyright owner or the payment of copyright royalties.

Faculty members and instructors are invited to attend a presentation to learn how to interpret this provision using Memorial University’s Fair Dealing Requirements for course materials, as well as how to apply fair dealing in general.
