Reset Your Password


To access Brightspace (D2L), Memorial students, faculty, and staff must use their MUN Login ID. Your MUN Login ID is assigned to you by ITS and provides access to a number of Memorial services, including MUNmail, my.mun.ca, and Brightspace (D2L).

Forgotten and expired passwords

If you have forgotten your password or it has expired, you can easily reset it. Visit login.mun.ca, then:

1) Click Can’t login at the bottom of the page.
2) Select Forgot my password.
3) Enter your MUN Login ID (username) and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Still Can’t Login?

Your access to Brightspace is via you MUNID, if your continue to have issues resetting your MUNID password you should contact the ITS Service Desk for assistance:
